I was reflecting over the weekend about a big turning point in my journey out of bingeing & dieting.

One thing that stands out was learning how to BE with an emotion instead of turning to food.

I vividly remember the first time I sat in utter discomfort of anxiety and heartache without eating over it...and realizing it...
